Claudio Mollea (Director & Senior Partner)
Claudio Mollea spent his entire professional career in the UniCredit Group.
Within this Banking Group he has been also manager of several Retail, Corporate and Private Banking branches.
Later, he was appointed General Manager of UniCredit (Suisse) Trust SA and Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit (UK) Trust Services Ltd until 2019.
He obtained a Master's degree on legal and fiscal issues of Trusts and has become a lecturer for courses on trusts in some Italian Universities and various Professional orders
After the experience in the UniCredit Group, he held the position of CEO of some UK Trust Companies until 2022.
Mr. Mollea is a Professional Trustee since 2000 and is a full member of STEP
Sarah Muscolini (Chief Executive Officer)
Sarah Muscolini graduated in "Economics and profession" at the Faculty of Economics of the Alma mater Studiorum – University of Bologna – vote 110/110 laude
She is a member of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna as well as in the register of Auditors.
She is also registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
In a well-known and reputed Professional firm in Bologna, Mrs. Muscolini has gained considerable experience as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, in tax and corporate matters, strategic business planning, merger and acquisition transactions (concerning companies and business units) and in the assets protection area.
Since 2015 she has been living and working in London focusing on asset planning and protection, both domestic and international, also with a view to the generational transition as well as all the management and taxation of trusts. She is also dealing with Corporate issues.
Ms., Muscolini has been a Professional Trustee since 2019.
Luca Marin (Director)
Luca Marin is one of the partners of NewHorizon Trustee Services.
After graduating from Birkbeck, University of London with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Luca has then obtained the Business and Finance Professional (BFP) designation from ICAEW.
He is based in London, where he mainly deals with domestic taxation for high-net-worth individuals and family businesses.
In 2023, Luca was elected Trustee and Treasurer of the British Italian Society, a UK charity founded in 1941.
Modesto De Luca (Director)
Modesto De Luca is one of the partners of NewHorizon Trustee Services, where he is also Head of Operations.
He is graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Turin.
After a long experience in Italy and abroad, particularly in Organization, IT, compliance and audit areas, Modesto has been involved in the trusts industry since 2011, where he held various corporate offices in Italy and the United Kingdom.
